Returns Policy

Items purchased online can be returned to our Returns Team or to our High Street stores, within 28 days. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. To obtain a refund or exchange, proof of purchase must be provided for the item you wish to return.

How to return

It couldn’t be simpler. Simply fill in the returns form that you have received with your purchase and post it back to us. We recommend using royal mail or My Hermes. Postage will only be refunded on faulty goods NOT unwanted goods.

Your item must be unworn and returned in its original condition. Cushionflex aren't liable for your item while it is in transit back to us. All refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-2 working days of receiving the item back to our Returns Department.
