Our footwear is sourced from very reliable major suppliers to the UK who supply across the UK. They comply with industry standard UK sizing in the manufacturer of the footwear and have stringent quality control procedures.

The quality of our products and customer satisfaction are of the highest priority for us.  We want you to feel completely satisfied with your order.

There is no need to contact us when sending goods back. Complete the form below, following the exchange or refund procedure, print and return with the goods

Returns and Refunds - No Quibble 7 Day Return policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please return the goods within 7 days of receipt for a refund. You just need to meet these simple requirements: 

1. Product must be in the same condition that you received it ~ Tried on only for fit and sizing. 

2. Returned in the original packaging undamaged, securely wrapped ~ Please DO NOT send the box without protective wrapping or use tape on the box or fix notes to the box with sticky tape.

3. Return the item within 7 days of delivery

4. Return form must be included inside box ~ Please place this completed page inside the
box (so we know who you are and why the item is being returned!). Without this information we cannot determine who or why the goods have come back and the refund/exchange cannot be processed!

If you paid by Credit Card online we will refund to your Credit Card account. Please select the refund method you would prefer by ticking and completing the information as applicable. 

Exchange Information 
1. All stock is listed on our website. If you cannot find the item then we will not have it in stock. In this instance please see the refund section above.
2. Once you have secured the new item, return the first item as per our return policy below
3. Upon receipt we will refund the cost of the first item minus postage cost.4. You will then need to pay for the second pair including your selected post service cost and we can dispatch them to you in the usual way. You should obtain proof of posting for your own peace of mind.

Refunds and Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.
